Interventions
for alcohol and drug addiction recovery process
Sometimes, an Intervention
is the only way to get a loved one into treatment for alcohol and drug
abuse. Recovery Resources uses the services of trained interventionists
when an alcoholic or addict is resisting
going to addiction treatment.
An interventionist will guide the family
and loved ones in an attempt to inspire and motivate an individual to
make the decision to enter treatment. This is the purpose of an intervention
and will always be conducted out of love. An interventionist
can bring to light the reality of the impact an individual's addiction
is having on the family and encourage that individual to agree to
participate in an addiction treatment program.
If you have reached the point where your loved one continues to
struggle with addiction, but cannot or will not consider treatment,
please contact Recovery Resources and discuss the opportunities
available.
