Dr. Philippe Martineau, M.D.
Our Medical Director, Dr. Philippe Martineau, M.D. has been practicing
medicine since 1986, completing his residency in Psychiatry at
Brookdale Hospital in New York City in 1997. A resident of Palm Beach
County since 1998, he was the Medical Director of Columbia Hospital
until 2007. Dr. Martineau is a well known Addictionologist whose
empathy, compassion and understanding for addicts, alcoholics and his
patients with psychiatric issues, are well known in the treatment
community. He is a welcome addition to our staff.

Ron Bigelow, CAP,
Program Director.

With
more than 25 years experience in the field of substance abuse
treatment Ron joined Recovery Resources, Inc. five years ago where
he has worked in numerous capacities executing and supporting our
treatment programs. Ron is also CAP certified and currently
oversees all aspects of our highly successful men's extended care
programs that offer the full spectrum of care.
Lynda
joined Recovery Resources, Inc. in 1996 after having worked in the
field of substance abuse since 1988. She brings with her a wealth of
knowledge and practical experience about the disease of addiction in
addition to her skills as a communicator and therapist. She earned her
Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology from Florida Atlantic University
and her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova
Southeastern University. Lynda is also a Nationally Certified Tobacco
Addiction Specialist and is EMDR trained.
Betsy
Veaner, L.M.H.C., NCC, Clinical Director, Northlake Day/Night
Treatment; Intensive Outpatient.

Betsy
joined the Recovery Resources team in January 2009 and brings with her
more than a decade of experience in the field of substance abuse
treatment as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Nationally
Certified Counselor. She also holds certifications as a Bereavement
Counselor and as a Forensic Specialist. Betsy specializes in addiction,
mental health issues and bereavement. She has volunteered her time
and services to the American Red Cross.

Paul Del Giudice, L.C.S.W., M.S., Senior
Men's Therapist.

Paul
comes to Recovery Resources with over 13 years experience in the
treatment of addictions and co-occurring disorders.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Alcohol and Drug Education and
Rehabilitation from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1990
and his Masters in Social Work from the same university in 2005. Paul
has helped to set up and reconstruct programs within various
treatment settings and has diligently worked with diverse populations
to include adolescents, adults, professional athletes, military
personnel,
and inner city homeless individuals suffering with various addictions.

Felix
D. Sabatine, C.A.C., Detox Therapist.

An
addictions therapist since 1985, Felix has worked with both adults,
adolescence and families in all aspects of chemical dependency
and co-dependency treatment including residential, intensive
outpatient, outpatient, detoxification and extended care. He has also
worked
as coordinator for Recovery Resources' transitional housing
program—dedicated to assisting women with children who have been
displaced as
a direct result of domestic violence—working directly with the
families, Department of Children & Families, and the Palm Beach
County court
system to assure their safety and linkage to the various services
needed. Felix has worked with court ordered men in the Batterers
Intervention
Program providing group and individual therapy as well as working
closely with the legal system. He has also provided assessment and
counseling
services for inmates incarcerated as a result of chemical dependency
and continues to be an advocate for treatment.

Michael joined Recovery Resources in 2010 after a successful 18-year career
teaching/coaching in Florida's Public School System to pursue a career in substance abuse treatment. In addition to his CAP certification Michael
holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of Miami in Communications and a Master's Degree from Nova University in Social Science.

Diane
Dinkens, C.A.C., Therapist, DUI Program Director.

Diane
joined Recovery Resources, Inc. in 2002, during which time she has been
our DUI Coordinator/Evaluator before being promoted to DUI Program
Director. She also works closely with our extended care and outpatient
clients. Diane received her CAC from the Florida Certification Board in
2005, completed her Associate's Degree from Palm Beach State College,
and is presently enrolled in the Undergraduate Social Work program at
Florida Atlantic University.

Terry
Marvin, B.S., Therapist/Law Enforcement Liaison.

Terry
comes to Recovery Resources with a diverse background that includes
more than 30 years of law enforcement in addition to having completed
his
education hours towards his CAP certification. He holds a Bachelors
Degree from Barry University and is a certified police officer in the
State of
Florida. Terry joins our therapeutic team as the liaison for Law
Enforcement and Corrections for Recovery Resources, working with our
clients' legal
issues as well as interacting with probation and the courts on their
behalf.

Loretta
Lukic, L.M.H.C., C.A.P., N.C.C., A.S.C., Therapeutic Consultant and
Group Facilitator.

Loretta
has extensive experience in substance abuse/dual diagnosis and program
management and is well versed in all aspects of clinical care.
She received her bachelor's degree from Rollins College in Winter Park,
FL and her master's degree from Marymount University in Arlington,
VA where she received licensing as a Professional Counselor and
Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner. She is licensed in Florida as a
Mental Heath
Counselor, is credentialed as a National Certified Counselor and
Certified Addiction Professional, and is an approved Clinical
Supervisor for
clinicians seeking professional licensure. She is also a surveyor for
the Commission on Accreditation Rehabilitation Facilities, surveying
drug
treatment programs throughout the U.S., and helping programs interested
in attaining accreditation. She has co-published a journal article
(Marriage and Family Therapy) addressing dynamics within families
dealing with the effects of substance abuse. She has a private practice
in
Stuart, FL where she provides therapy to individuals, groups and
families.

Gail Hinds, L.P.N., Lead Nurse.
Gail has been a Licensed Practical Nurse for
over 30 years bringing hospital experience as well as long-term care
and primary care experience
including Humana and the VA. She began working in the field of
substance abuse more than 10 years ago in Palm Beach County.
In addition to being an LPN Gail has a BS in legal studies and is
currently completing a master’s degree in mental health counseling.
Following graduation she intends to make substance abuse the primary
focus of her work as a counselor.

Gail M. Ross, B.A., M.S., Ph.D., Educational Consultant and
Group Facilitator.
Gail
joined Recovery Resources, Inc. in 2004 where she leads several of our
small on-site group meetings that emphasize Alcoholics Anonymous'
12-Step program. She received her Bachelor's and Master's Degree in
Communications from The College of New Rochelle, New Rochelle, NY and
her Ph.D. in Communications from the Union Institute and University,
Cincinnati, Ohio.

Robert Myers, C.B.H.T.,
Consultant and Group Facilitator.
Robert is a Certified Behavioral Health
Technician with more than 20 years' experience in the field of
addiction. He has counseled both men and women through all phases of
the recovery process. Myers has a unique ability is to connect with
clients during group sessions by instilling the trust necessary for
them to open up and be honest with both peers and staff about their
addiction.
Randal Lyons, Oriental Medicine Facilitator (Tai Chi,
Acupuncture).
Randal
is a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine who has been studying and
practicing Chinese healing arts since 1988. Nationally certified in
acupuncture and herbology, he also uses Tai Qi, Qi Gong and advanced
forms of bodywork in his treatments for pain and addiction. A former
columnist for several national publications, he is also author of the
book, Opening the Eyes of the Heart, which describes his integrative
approach to treatment that he utilizes as a consultant to in-patient
addiction treatment facilitates and his successful private practice in
Delray Beach, Florida.

Kayla Willson, B.S., Yoga Instructor.
With
30 years of experience in practicing yoga, Kayla joined the staff at
Oceanside Treatment Center to help clients discover the powerful stress
relieving benefits of yoga practices and principles. Her classes
include basic yoga stretches for overall health and relaxation as well
as special calming techniques for increased focus and stress relief.
She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Michigan
State University and has years of training in family dynamics and human
behavior, including nearly 25 years experience as a social worker and a
teacher in Palm Beach County.

Brad
Berkos, Residential Case Manager.

Born
and raised in the Chicago area, Brad attended Western Illinois
University (1975 -1980) before studying substance abuse counseling at
the College
of Lake County (1996 - 1998) and later becoming a certified life coach.
He began working in the field of substance abuse in 1996 where he has
excelled in using his talents and skills in helping others. With nearly
a decade of experience as a substance abuse counselor Brad now oversees
our inpatient clients in his duties as residential case manager.
Gary Zinn, Senior Chemical Dependency Technician.
Gary brings many years experience in a
variety of disciplines to our organization where he oversees our
Chemical Dependency Technician team in addition to his one-on-one work
with our clients.
Judith Malone, CNA; Chemical Dependency Technician.
A
graduate of Recovery Resources, Inc., Judith brings eight years
experience as a nursing assistant to our organization after having
worked in that capacity at the Children's Place as well as through a
private duty agency. Currently, Malone is studying for her CAP.

Jay Schrader, Director
Crescent House.

Jay
brings a wealth of business and organizational skills to
Recovery Resources, Inc. having attended both Florida Southern
University and Florida Atlantic University where he studied business
and psychology. He oversees all aspects of our men's treatment facility
at Crescent House and is currently studying for his CAP.

A
graduate of Recovery Resources, Inc., Stephen joined our team as
operations/transportation manager before being promoted to oversee
Palmetto House, our men's recovery residences while studying for his
CAP.
