Dr. Philippe Martineau, M.D.


Our Medical Director, Dr. Philippe Martineau, M.D. has been practicing medicine since 1986, completing his residency in Psychiatry at Brookdale Hospital in New York City in 1997.A resident of Palm Beach County since 1998, he was the Medical Director of Columbia Hospital until 2007. Dr. Martineau is a well known Addictionologist whose empathy, compassion and understanding for addicts, alcoholics and his patients with psychiatric issues, are well known in the treatment community. He is a welcome addition to our staff.



Gayle Kite, M.S.N., Ed. D., A.R.N.P., Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Gayle Kite received her Master of Science in Nursing (1996) and Doctorate of Education (2000) from Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Kite has worked extensively with the Florida juvenile justice system, focusing her thesis and dissertation on the role of rehabilitation vs. punishment in relation to juvenile correctional programs. Dr. Kite holds bachelor’s degrees in sociology, psychology, and special education and elementary education. She has earned multiple degrees at the masters level as well. She has earned credentials in family health, mental health, health care administration and special education. In addition, she attended the University of Miami law program. She has worked with persons with varying levels of difficulty – physical health, mental health, substance abuse and learning disabilities. She is the consummate professional who utilizes her education and work experiences to provide compassionate care to our clients.

Stephen Honaker holds a Masters degree from Florida Atlantic University in the field of Mental Health Counseling. He also holds undergraduate degrees in the fields of Business and Secondary Education. Mr. Honaker brings a unique blend of educational and work experience into his roles as both Clinical and Program Director. He is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida, a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association and is Board Certified in Professional Counseling by the American Psychotherapy Association.  Stephen  is a Cognitive – Behavioral therapist who also employs motivational techniques in his work with chemically dependent clients. His areas of interest include the neurobiology of addiction and the role that emotional intelligence plays in the process of recovery.


Wynne Stallings, Ed.S., C.A.P.,

Wynne Stallings graduated from the University of Miami as a psychology major in 1992.   She then graduated from University of Florida as a School Psychology major in 1998.   Wynne has worked as a psychological specialist for the Florida prison system (male, maximum security) from 1998-2005 (3 years crisis stabilization, 3 years outpatient).   She as also worked as a substance abuse counselor for CARP residential adolescent program 2005-2006, and CARP adult outpatient from 2006 to 2007.

Lynda Brennan has been working in the field of substance abuse since 1988 and began working with Recovery Resources in 1996.  With almost 30 years of recovery, she brings a wealth of information and knowledge about the disease of addiction.  Lynda earned her undergraduate degree in social psychology from Florida Atlantic University.  She is currently attending Nova Southeastern University for her masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. Lynda also holds a Nationally Certified Tobacco Addiction Specialist certification.

Colleen "andi" Anundsen has a masters degree from Trinity college in Dublin, Ireland.  Colleen is the Director of the Family Services Program and has worked for Recovery Resources, Inc. for three years. In recovery for almost 30 years, she loves working with those who still suffer from the disease of addiction as well as their families. “Addiction almost took my existence and my family. Recovery gave me a life and allowed to reclaim my family. It returned my sense of hope and dreams.”

Diane Dinkens joined Recovery Resources Inc. in 2002.  Diane has a special ability to convey her knowledge of both recovery and treatment to her clients.   She has been our DUI coordinator/evaluator since 2004 and is presently working with extended care and outpatient clients.


Gail M. Ross, B.A., M.S., Ph.D.
Educational Consultant and Group Facilitator

Dr. Ross, in recovery herself for more than two decades, leads several of our small group meetings on site with an emphasis on Alcoholics Anonymous' 12-Step program, spirituality, and emotional intelligence. Her background is in education at all levels, with specialties in business, advertising, ethics, and literature.


Robert Myers, C.B.H.T.
Consultant and Group Facilitator

Bob Myers is a Certified Behavioral Health Technician.  He has over 20 years' experience in the field of addiction.  He has counseled both men and women through all phases of the recovery process.  Bob’s special ability is to connect with clients during group sessions by instilling the trust necessary for them to open up and be honest with both peers and staff about their addiction.
