Dr. Philippe Martineau, M.D.
Our Medical Director, Dr. Philippe Martineau, M.D. has been
practicing medicine since 1986, completing his residency in
Psychiatry at Brookdale Hospital in New York City in 1997.A resident
of Palm Beach County since 1998, he was the Medical Director of
Columbia Hospital until 2007. Dr. Martineau is a well known
Addictionologist whose empathy, compassion and understanding for
addicts, alcoholics and his patients with psychiatric issues, are
well known in the treatment community. He is a welcome addition to
our staff.
Kelly King, L.P.N.

Kelly brings 12 years of experience in the field to Recovery
Resources. Her experience includes time on the Medical Surgical
floor of Columbia Hospital, extended care at the Juno Pavllion and
Pharmacy/Triage/Emergency Care at the Martin County Correctional
Facility, as well as time with the Jupiter Outpatient Surgical
Center and Laser Surgery Center of the Palm Beaches. Her accumulated
experience includes a strong emphasis on working with acute
substance abuse patients. Kelly works closely with Dr.
Martineau as they evaluate the medical issues and target and
prioritize those that require immediate attention. Her understanding
and empathy for our clients as well as her professional skills and
approach, serve to enhance the experience of the clients at Recovery
Resources.
Warren Margulies, C.S.A.C., I.C.A.D.C., Clinical Director

Warren’s eclectic approach gives our clients a sense of empowerment
and of being understood, qualities that foster the development of a
strong client-therapist relationship. His individual and group
therapy skills have been honed with the purpose of assisting our
clients in achieving their treatment goals; believing that
therapeutic models and theories are only as good as the people who
apply them. Warren was educated at the New York City School of
Visual Arts, Old Dominion University in Virginia, Rutgers
University, and the Yale School of Alcohol and Drug Studies.
Warren has over eleven years experience in the fields of substance
abuse and dual-diagnosis. With his experience in the field of
substance abuse, his clinical decision-making and professional
leadership, he provides a solid therapeutic direction for Recovery
Resources and its team of Clinicians.
Lynda Brennan, B.A., T.A., Senior Residential Therapist

Lynda
Brennan has been working in the field of substance abuse since 1988
and began working with Recovery Resources in 1996. With almost
30 years of recovery, she brings a wealth of information and
knowledge about the disease of addiction. Lynda earned her
undergraduate degree in social psychology from Florida Atlantic
University. She is currently attending Nova Southeastern
University for her masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. Lynda
also holds a Nationally Certified Tobacco Addiction Specialist
certification.
Betsy Downard, MS, L.M.H.C, N.C.C., Primary Therapist

Betsy brings with her over 10 years of professional experience in
the field of addictions, as well as personal experience with
sobriety since 1991. Betsy holds a Masters Degree from Nova
Southeastern University in Mental Health Counseling. She earned her
under-graduate degree from Florida Atlantic University in Social
Psychology. Betsy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State
of Florida since 2001, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and holds
certifications as a Bereavement Counselor, and as a Forensic
Specialist. She is original and innovative in creating both
group and individual interventions to assist her clients on their
road to recovery.
Diane Dinkens, C.A.C., Therapist

Diane Dinkens joined Recovery Resources Inc. in 2002. Diane has a special ability to convey her knowledge of both recovery and treatment to her clients. She has been our DUI coordinator/evaluator since 2004 and is presently working with extended care and outpatient clients.
Paul Marchione, B.A., Theripast
Paul is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree
in Psychology. He has worked in the field of substance abuse for
many years. Paul’s communication skills and trust with our younger
clients make him an important asset here at Recovery Resources. He
has a true understanding of the nature of recovery and how it
affects young men and women in today’s environment.
Gail M. Ross, B.A., M.S., Ph.D.
Educational Consultant and Group Facilitator
Dr. Ross, in recovery herself for more than two decades, leads several of our small group meetings on site with an emphasis on Alcoholics Anonymous' 12-Step program, spirituality, and emotional intelligence. Her background is in education at all levels, with specialties in business, advertising, ethics, and literature.
Robert Myers, C.B.H.T.
Consultant and Group Facilitator
Bob Myers is a Certified Behavioral Health Technician. He has over 20 years' experience in the field of addiction. He has counseled both men and women through all phases of the recovery process. Bob’s special ability is to connect with clients during group sessions by instilling the trust necessary for them to open up and be honest with both peers and staff about their addiction.
